VAIL, which stands for the the Vantiq Application Integration Language, is Vantiq’s proprietary platform language, designed to meet event-driven, multi-tenancy and asynchronous processing needs in applications.
Developers write two kinds of logic in VAIL.
One is a Rule, which is code that execute when triggered by a certain event condition. The other is a Procedure, which is invoked by name or property, and returns something to the caller.
