I have a prospect that has an application that fits a Pronto only use case (no data, no clients, no collaborations). But they have a requirement to send Push Notification to a none-vantiq mobile app. They want to use the missing activity pattern to detect when a sensor is not sending data and send a notification to a none-vantiq mobile app. Is it legal for a Pronto only customer to make use of the Push Notification source?
