Vantiq Product Support
Vantiq provides product support to customers and partners as part of their paid subscription service. A Designated Technical Contact (DTC) submits all product support requests for your account.

How to Request Support:
To open a support case, your DTC should:
1. Download and complete the appropriate submission template (see below).
2. Email the completed template to [email protected].
This will automatically create a case in our system.
A complete template helps us resolve your issue faster. Whenever possible, include:
1. Steps to reproduce the problem.
2. Error messages (full text, not just a screenshot).
3. Supporting materials such as screenshots, videos, or a minimal sample app that reproduces the issue.
