The Vantiq Catalog is a no-code tool for making the most of distributed systems, which allows Namespaces to securely send Events, Assemblies and access to Procedures to each other. This elective consists of:
- Two video lectures
- Two quizzes
There is no Lab for this elective, due to the fact that the Level 1 Vantiq Developer’s class has labs that use the Catalog, and so does the Vantiq Assemblies Elective. There is also a Vantiq Catalog Tutorial, available from the Developer Guides menu option in the IDE, which we highly recommend(!), for more hands-on experience with Catalogs.
It’s a short, easy class that explains what’s important about the Catalog, but after you’re finished, you should feel comfortable using Catalogs in your own projects.
